Charles Daleno Vasa Radzilowski (July 5, 1808 – April 17, 1881), commonly known by his initials CVR, was 7th President of Poland (1862-1870). He was son of Casimir Vasa Radziłówski, a governor of Warsaw (1837-1845). He was second cousin of former President Charles D. Radzilowski (1831-1839). Until his second cousin death in 1869 at his end of his second term, the Polish was shocked, and wants Radzilowski in his third term, he refused. During his presidency, he make a statue of his second cousin in Warsaw. He left office in 1870, and his second cousin's death having disease, also on Feburary 7, 1874, this "Chubby disease" renamed is Radzilowski's Chubby Disease.
